By accessing or using the IronClad HC pre-design platform ("Platform") operated by Spartan Legacy Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is an algorithmic, rules-based, expert-system tool for preliminary healthcare facility pre-design planning. All outputs are estimates intended to support owner-side pre-design decision-making only. The Platform does not provide financial, legal, architectural, engineering, or medical advice of any kind. All outputs must be independently verified by licensed professionals before any capital commitment is made.
Nothing produced by the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or professional design or engineering services. You acknowledge that reliance on Platform outputs without independent professional verification is at your sole risk. Spartan Legacy Group LLC is not a licensed architect, engineer, financial advisor, or legal professional.
Platform outputs are based on published benchmarks, regional cost data, and regulatory databases current as of the Platform's last update. Actual construction costs, reimbursement rates, regulatory requirements, and market conditions will vary. We make no representations or warranties that outputs are accurate for any specific project, location, or market condition.
All algorithms, methodologies, output formats, and content produced by the Platform are proprietary to Spartan Legacy Group LLC. Patent Pending · U.S. Provisional Application 64/054,998. You may use outputs for your own internal pre-design planning purposes. Redistribution, resale, or publication of Platform outputs without written consent is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spartan Legacy Group LLC, its officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from capital commitments made in reliance on Platform outputs.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the Platform's algorithms; (b) share access codes with unauthorized parties; (c) input protected health information or personally identifiable patient data into the Platform; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
